Don't worry! It's just a movie. She just signed on to co-star in Roland Emmerich's new disaster movie "2012", which I guess will be about that end of the world stuff crazies always talk about. Danny Glover is also starring in the film.
Seriously though. 2012 is coming pretty fast. Shouldn't we all be living life to it's fullest potential or something? Orgies and caviar? Shame on you for even looking at this blog! You only have 4 years left. Go outside! Talk to a stranger. Get in trouble. But not in too much trouble because, let's be honest, it's crazy talk. I'll let you know in 2013. Here is a promotional still for the coming flick:
Thandie was spotted recently attending the 2007 British Style Awards. Was she stylish at the event? You bet your bangers and mash she was! Here are some bloody good pics:
Reports are beginning to trickle in that Thandie is quite the practical joker. No word on what her jokes were, but she played enough of them to peeve off a few of her "Run Fat Boy Run" costars. I wonder what practical jokes she was playing? The ole, yelling cut at impromptu moments, thus ruining good takes gag? I love that one. Or maybe a little bit of the 'ole replacing the camera with a device that shoots hot, scalding acid gag. That one just kills me man. Seriously, better than a whoopie cushion.
Thandie Newton attended the world premiere of her new movie "Run Fat Boy Run" the other day in London. The movie chronicles Simon Pegg as he trains to run a marathon in order to win the affection of the girl he loves. Thandie, obviously, plays the girl he loves. One of the Friends directed it. No not the girl with the hair. No, not the beefcakey guy who got his own failed sitcom. Nor the guy who got his own failed dramedy about a late night sketch show. Oh yeah, Ross! Ross is directing it. David Shwimmer himself.
The movie will be out in on October 26th in the United States.
Here is a photo of Thandie at the premiere, alongside Pegg, Shwimmer, and some kid who snuck in for the photo:
And here is the trailer to get you pumped. I told you I'd always be there for you, even when your job was a joke, you were broke, and your love life was DOA:
Our dear Thandie gave an interview to "People Magazine" recently in which she admitted to enduring a years-long battle with bulimia. The interview gets pretty intense so I'll refrain from going into too much detail here. Suffice to say I feel awful for the girl and I hope she continues to recover. You can read what she has to say about it here:

Oh, and sorry for the insensitive pun. I ran it by a former bulimic and she said it was only borderline offensive. Borderlines are my bread and butter!
Here is a cute picture of her to brighten all of our moods:
